It was fantastic to see Karen and family from Troop 20, Kiln, near New Orleans at the weekend. After waiting an hour on the edge of a very windy coach park, they joined us for the Live 07 show at the 02 Dome in London. The coach journey home allowed for a good chat as did a trip round the SS Great Britain and across the Suspension Bridge the next day! (Photos on their way – see website…) Various Scouting tales were swapped as were a comparison of how they do it and how we do it! Us leaders (and a 2 year old!) really enjoyed or weekend, it was great to see you, albeit a bit brief, sadly no time to meet Scouts proper and be interviewed!! Still – next time!

Live 07 – this Saturday! Get ready, take off in 3 days! Where else can you join in with 15 000 other people all screaming for one 62nd Scout (well Explorer actually) and ok so there are a few more people to shout at too…
