Scouting the 62nd Bristol way…

A Bucket of Toilets to behold →

Now this is a water fall to stand underneath!

Went for a little wander into sunny Wales the other day. I’ve been to this waterfall before and it’s truly spectacular you hear it from the top of the valley but don’t see it until you reach the bottom of the track and the trees open out.

If you look closely…

The best bit though is that the path leads right round the back of the waterfall. Funnily enough didn’t get a photo from this point as you get truly soaked. We were wet already – you see it always rains in Wales and yes, it rained, quite substantially as well. Lots of scrambling and imagination came to play all the way round the walk. One particular stile was almost inaccessible unless you waded through a deep looking bog. We did spot a suitable looking several inch wide raised bit along the fence…

…it just meant a jump upto your knees in boggy, filthy, smelly and cold swampy water to get to it! Still, gave us something to ponder over in the pub afterwards, we had a whole corner to ourselves you know!
